Yes, that is a great NWS link.

I did see several stations into south GA with 60 F highs in January. I just went back and looked at the map. It looks like the 60 F line extends north of the Florida state line to about 75 miles into southern GA. So I might have even used some of those stations.

The 60 F line does seem to shift north - south in south GA: Using the NOAA link you psoted, Lumpkin shows 60 F for Jan...but Americus not far to the east shows shows 58 F...and Abbeville shows 59 F. On the map, the yellow seems to run across south GA then north along the GA coastal plain. So I think that the 60 F line is likely somewhere in south GA, but goes further north in SE GA and is closer to FL in SW GA.
