complete opposite here..east coast ski suffering
Message from Jeff NJ 7a
Brian I've always wondered which east coast locales would have a viable ski industry if NOT for artificial snow making technology. Here in the mid atlantic I would say without it it wouldn't exist by any means..there is simply just not enough reliable natural snow..the few big nor easters once every other year and the occasional clipper system is only good for what 4 or 5 inches at most then it's melted in 4 days?? Now this..I'm wondering if even Maine would survive without artificial snow..and I was looking forward to sharpining my edges and getting a good board wax..oh well maybe in January lol
