I agree with Dave. The "Myrica" in the last photo could be Northern Bayberry, given the mild temps we've had so far, since they hold their leaves for a while. I also agree that Southern Bayberry (Wax Myrtle) might defoliate in normal Pittsburgh winters anyway.
The Magnolia grandifloras could be "Brackens Brown Beauty" since they are a hardier form and have wavy leaves like those in the photos.
Also agree with Dave on the Prunus laurocerasus 'Schipkaensis'.
