+/- 10 F is not really a big anomaly:

10 F or so (give or take) is not really a big anomaly (although as I posted, I tend to doubt lows will fall much below mid 30's F on Sunday night).

Monroe is a good example: If you look at the first frost data I posted (going back to 1940) the average date of the first frost is November 12th. On that data, the average low for Monroe, LA is 43F. So it stands to reason that somewhere around mid November (give or take), there are lows around 10 F or so below normal on average. A big anomaly is 20 or 25 F +/-. It's not uncommon for even places in the tropics to experience temps +/- 10 F off their average temps.
