Yea...its really the clouds and precip in the
south(with El-Nino) that may keep it cooler relative to normal...
also,keep in mind that here normal is 35/19 for
mid December,so above normal could mean 38/22...
I dont think anyone in the south would want those temps!
Atlanta (54/36)in the same period could see low 50s for
highs and lows above freezing,although this would be below
normal,it would be balmy for here!
